Sainio is our twist on a classic, that heroes one of our very local ingredients in the gin itself – the sea buckthornberry.
4 cl Kyrö Napue
2 spoons of sea buckthorn berries, crushed
2 cl vanilla syrup
3 cl lemon juice
Shake and strain. Garnish with sea buckthorn berries and a vanilla pod.
