Kyrö Dinner

Will be served on November 6th at the distillery restaurant.

We are so excited to invite groups of 6 or less to celebrate our new kitchen. We'll organize a distillery tour before dinner and you can stay for tasting after. Bookings should be made by November 4th.

Friday night goodies

Dinner package including dinner, distillery tour and tasting is 68 € per person. If you join for dinner only the price is 54 € per person.

Distillery tour starts at 18.30 and dinner will be served around 19.45. Seating is limited so we can ensure everyone's safety. Please join us for a ryeful evening only if you feel healthy.

Kyrö Kitchen menu

APPETIZERS:

Kyrö's salad and chokeberry vinaigret.

Cured rainbow trout with spices, roe sauce, roasted cauliflower and fennel.

Lightly roasted Mangaliza pork belly, slowly cooked swede with meadowsweet seasoning and sour cream.

MAIN COURSE:

Lightly smoked beef roast with dark and rich thyme sauce.

The main course are served with potato stew, autumn vegetables, and rye which is made like risotto-style and served with gin seasoned cheddar.

DESSERT:

Dark chocolate ganache, lingonberries preserved as well as foam and salted caramel.
