Have you met Tom Collins?

4 cl Kyrö Gin

2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

1,5 cl sugar syrup

Soda water

Ice

Fill tall glass with ice. Pour in gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup and stir. Add a splash of soda water. Garnish with lemon peel or try an orange slice. You'll see, Tom is pretty sweet.
