Our whisky has come a long way since it was just a dream in a sauna. This one goes even further: it's rye malt whisky aged in three barrel types: new American oak, ex-bourbon and Spanish Oloroso sherry.

Kyrö Malt Oloroso is an inspirational example of the possibilities of different cask finishes. It turns out that nutty sherry and Finnish rye are indeed a perfect match. Kyrö Malt Oloroso is full and rich, just like the sherry it carries memories of.

All our glass bottles are made from clear recyclable glass (#70 GL). The corks are made from wood (#50 FOR), and the capsule is from recyclable plastic (#1 PET). The packing material is recyclable cardboard (#20 PAP). The plastic bottles in our Tasting Sets are made from recycled plastic (#1 rPET(E)), the caps from recyclable aluminum (#41 ALU) and the package from recyclable cardboard (#20 PAP).
