True to our Finnish heritage, we do everything the hard way; even though it is the most demanding grain to distill, we only work with 100% whole-grain rye. In addition to the intense flavor of Finnish rye, our award-winning gins contain local wild botanicals foraged from right outside the distillery, contributing to the recognisable and unique flavour.
The key components are deeply rooted in the very heart of Finnish nature. Warm spice from the rye is combined with twelve dry and four freshly distilled botanicals, creating a uniquely local flavor.
Our single malt rye whisky is made from 100% malted wholegrain rye and the first batch will be ready in 2017. Our new make Juuri is perfect in craft cocktails or as a chilled schnapps.

For life's bitter beginnings and endings, our rye bitters were developed in collaboration with cocktail bartenders from a number of markets. This unusual pair represent the two opposite expressions; the Dark Bitter as the more typical choice and the Pale Bitter as a more unusual example of hoppy, herbal freshness.
