Whisky Highball Cocktail Recipe

Ryeball is Finnish version of whisky highball: made using Finnish rye whisky. Garnished with citrus peel.

Make the easiest cocktail ever with a Finnish twist and call it Ryeball instead.

4 cl rye whisky

10 cl soda water

Lemon zest

Lots of ice

Pour chilled rye whisky in a glass filled with ice. Tilt the glass carefully and pour in the soda water. The drink mixes itself. Garnish with lemon zest.
