Kyrö's Choice No 1 Ruby Port

To honor the Finnish Whisky Day we came up with Kyrö’s Choice: Kyrö Malt x Ruby Port

We matured some of our Kyrö Malt Rye Whisky in a 250 liter Ruby Port barrel and some in a 250 liter ex-bourbon barrel. The end result is the very first Kyrö's Choice.

Kyrö Malt x Ruby Port has strong peppery spicy rye with a lot of caramel and oak influence. The Ruby Port barrel lends this rye whisky a red winey character and a hue of pink.

A limited batch of 666 bottles will be released to honor the Finnish Whisky Day in May 2021. There's just so much we can do with 100 % Fnnish rye, don't you think!
