Whisky Sour cocktail recipe

How do you like your egg whites? We prefer them in a smooth and tasty whisky sour.

4 parts (4 cl) rye whisky

2 parts (2 cl) fresh-squeezed lemon juice

1,5 parts (1,5 cl) sugar syrup

1 egg white

Lots of ice

Shake lemon juice and sugar syrup. Add rye whisky and egg white. Shake again. Add ice and shake it like a polaroid picture. Pour into a glass and garnish with orange peel. Don't have a shaker? Use a jar with a lid instead.
