Kyrö Eggnog Cocktail recipe
To make 4-6 portions you need:
3 dl milk
1 dl cream
1 vanilla stick
3 egg yolks
2-3 tbs of sugar
Kyrö Dairy Cream Liqueur
Whisk the egg yolks in a bowl with sugar until the mixture is pale yellow and thick. Mix the milk, cream and vanilla in a pot and heat up. Pour the heated creamy liquid slowly in the egg and sugar foam while mixing. Pour 4 cl of Dairy Cream into a glass. Add about 1 dl of eggnog mixture. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. You can enjoy eggnog hot or cold, over ice. Store the mixture in the fridge and drink within two to three days. Kyrö Eggnog also works with rye whisky, try adding 2-4 cl or make a mocktail leaving out all alcohol.
